In South Africa and around the world, countless individuals face barriers to education, employment, and opportunities simply because of their gender or age. We must break down these barriers and uplift these individuals so that they can reach their full potential.

Through our organization, we provide mentorship, training, and resources to help young people and women overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. We have personally seen the transformative power of our programs in the lives of the individuals we serve. From seeing a young woman start her own business to witnessing a teenager go on to pursue higher education, the impact of our work is undeniable.

As we reflect on the transition from the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) to the Global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we are filled with a sense of pride and optimism for the future. The MDGs laid the foundation for addressing some of the world's most pressing issues, but the SDGs take it to the next level by incorporating a more holistic and integrated approach to development.

We have been privileged to work on projects that contribute to the achievement of these goals, and we are constantly inspired by the dedication and passion of team members. From empowering marginalized communities to combatting climate change, every effort we make brings us closer to a more sustainable and equitable world.

It's not always easy, and there are certainly challenges along the way. But we truly believe that with determination and collaboration, we can create a more just and prosperous world for all.
